Udang Saus Tiram (Shrimp with Oyster Sauce)

Bahan:
– 25 g  udang,  kupas
– 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
– 1 btg daun bawang
– 4 sdm saus tiram
– 1 sdm kecap
– 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
– garam
– gula
– lada
– 25 ml air
– 3 sdm minyak goreng

Cara membuat:
– marinasi udang dengan bawang putih bubuk, garam, merica, 2 sdm saus tiram, diamkan 15 menit
– panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga wangi, lalu masukkan udang, air, gunakan api besar.
– tambahkan saus tiram, kecap, daun bawang, tumis sebentar, angkat
– hidangkan hangat

– untuk 2 porsi
