Bihun Goreng ala Rahma (fried vermicelli with omelette)

Simple breakfast, fried vermicelly with omelette🙂

Bahan:
– 160 g bihun jagung
– 20 g udang kupas, potong-potong
– 3 sdm saus tiram
– 1/2 sdm saus tomat
– 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
– 2 bh bawang merah, cincang halus
– 1/2 sdt lada
– garam
– kaldu bubuk (optional)

Cara membuat:
– rendam bihun dalam air panas 1 menit, tiriskan
– tumis bawang hingga wangi, masukkan udang, saus tiram, garam, merica, kaldu bubuk, aduk sebentar hingga udang matang
– kecilkan api, masukkan bihun, aduk rata
– sajikan dengan taburan seledri cincang dan telur dadar sebagai pelengkap
