Ikan Nila Bakar (grilled tilapia)

Bahan-bahan:
– 9 ekor ikan nila ukuran sedang
– 5 sdm minyak goreng
– 5 sdm cuka
– 9 sdm kecap

Bumbu halus:
– 10 butir bawang merah
– 5 siung bawang putih
– 5 cm kunyit
– 6 buah cabe rawit merah
– garam secukupnya
– gula secukupnya

Pelengkap:
– lalapan: timun, tomat, kemangi, dll sesuai selera.
– sambal tomat

Cara membuat:
– siangi ikan, lalu marinasi dengan bumbu halus, minyak goreng, kecap, dan cuka, selama 30 menit
– bakar di wajan khusus memanggang atau di panggangan ikan hingga matang
– siap disajikan hangat bersama lalapan dan sambal tomat
